What does it cost?
$24.99 per audit. One-time purchase. No subscription.
What's included?
A PDF report covering Model Perception, Search Term Visibility (competitive query ranking), GEO Readiness across 5 dimensions, a Content Gap Matrix, and a full methodology appendix. Audits include your focus brand and two competitors.
How long does it take?
Typically 5 to 15 minutes from purchase to PDF delivery. Complex audits (more search terms, deeper scraping) can take a bit longer.
Methodology and accuracy
What AI models do you test against?
Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT, and Google Gemini. We test multiple models because each AI system has different training data and behavior, so multi-model coverage gives a more reliable picture than testing just one.
How is the methodology grounded?
We anchor scoring in Google's E-E-A-T framework (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness). The full marker lists, scoring formulas, and pillar mappings are in your PDF report's methodology appendix.
Is this advice?
No. The report is an analytical tool, not legal, financial, business, or professional advice. AI-generated analysis can be incomplete or out of date. You should evaluate the findings before acting on them.
Refunds and retries
Can I get a refund?
Digital deliverables are non-refundable once the PDF generates. We do refund when a technical failure prevented your audit from completing, or for duplicate charges. See the Refund Policy for details.
What if my audit fails partway through?
If our system detects a technical failure, you get up to 3 retries within 24 hours at no extra charge. After 3 failed attempts, contact hello@ye5.ai for manual review.
Can I run a follow-up audit later to track progress?
Yes. If you upload a prior ye5.ai audit PDF when starting a new audit (with the same brand, competitors, and search terms), the new audit generates as a comparison report with directional movement. Same price.
Privacy and data
Do you sell my data?
No.
Do you store my data?
We store the audit inputs and PDF report so you can re-download. We don't track you across the web, don't set advertising cookies, and don't profile users. Full details in the Privacy Policy.
Will my brand information be used to train AI models?
No. Audit inputs are sent to AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) only to generate your report. These providers have their own input policies which you can review on their sites.

Do I need to create an account?
No. ye5.ai is account-free. Your audit is tied to your purchase, accessible via a tokenized link.
Can I share my report?
Yes, with your team, advisors, and contractors working on your behalf. You can't resell or publicly redistribute the report as your own work. See the Terms of Service.
