Welcome to ye5.ai. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ye5.ai website at ye5.ai and the ye5.ai products — GEO Brand, GEO Web, GEO Presence, and GEO Content (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. About ye5.ai
ye5.ai is an independent studio operated by Trevis True, doing business as ye5.ai, in Bellevue, Washington, United States.

2. The Service
Each core ye5.ai product is an automated analysis or content-generation service. You submit a brand name, website URL, or related inputs; our system uses multiple AI models to generate your deliverable — a PDF report or guide (GEO Brand, GEO Web, GEO Presence) or a content package containing text files, images, and PDFs delivered as a download link (GEO Content). Core products are sold as one-time digital deliverables. ye5.ai also offers optional subscriptions (Section 6) that deliver the same deliverables on a recurring schedule; nothing about the Service requires a subscription.
3. AI-generated content
The Service generates analysis using third-party AI models. AI-generated content can be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. The Service is an analytical tool, not legal, financial, business, or professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating the output before acting on it.
4. Third-party brand analysis
Audits analyze publicly available information about brands you name, including competitors you specify. ye5.ai is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing any brand analyzed in a report. Brand and product names are the property of their respective owners.
5. Eligibility
The Service is intended for users 18 years or older with legal authority to enter into these Terms. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement.
6. Payment
Each one-time product is sold at the price displayed at checkout, processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars unless otherwise noted. Applicable taxes are calculated and added at checkout. Payment is required before the deliverable is generated.
Subscriptions and auto-renewal
ye5.ai offers three optional subscriptions, each billed in advance at the price displayed at checkout and auto-renewing until canceled:
- Brand Monitor — billed quarterly; delivers a monthly GEO Brand report generated from the configuration (brand, competitors, search terms) of your original GEO Brand purchase, on the anniversary of that purchase.
- Web Monitor — billed annually; delivers a GEO Web report every other month on the same anniversary basis.
- Content Creator — billed monthly; delivers a weekly GEO Content package built from your brand's topic queue, starting immediately at purchase.
You can cancel at any time via the manage-subscription link in any subscription email or by emailing hello@ye5.ai; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If a renewal payment fails, deliveries pause until payment succeeds; missed deliveries are skipped, not charged. We may change subscription pricing with notice to you, effective at your next renewal. Subscription refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In short: digital deliverables are non-refundable once generated, except where required by applicable consumer protection law or where a server-detected technical failure prevents delivery.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the methodology or source code
- Submit content you do not have the right to submit, including trademarks or copyrighted material you do not own or have permission to analyze
- Use automated tools to abuse, overload, or interfere with the Service
- Resell, redistribute, or commercialize the Service or its outputs without permission
9. Intellectual property
ye5.ai retains all rights to the Service platform, methodology, branding, software, and underlying technology. The reports and guides delivered to you are licensed for your own internal business use, including sharing with employees, advisors, and contractors working on your behalf; you may not resell them or redistribute them publicly as your own work. Content packages delivered by GEO Content are different: the articles, posts, scripts, and images in your package are yours to publish, adapt, and distribute publicly on behalf of the brand they were created for.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. ye5.ai does not guarantee that:
- Reports will be accurate, complete, or current
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- AI-generated analysis will produce specific business outcomes
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ye5.ai's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific audit giving rise to the claim. ye5.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ye5.ai and its operator from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
14. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion for violations of these Terms, suspected abuse, or legal reasons. Termination does not waive any obligations or rights that existed prior.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
17. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ye5.ai regarding the Service.
